The Basket Totals Aren't Available

Javascript is disabled.

If the basket looks like the example on the right this it is because you have opted to disable javascript.

Javascript is enabled by default in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. To enable javascript follow the instructions in these links for Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

You do not need to enable javascript for the shop and cart to work, however if you do you will benefit from many advanced features.

The Basket Won't Update

Third Party cookies may be being blocked.

If the Basket widget persists in showing no items or totals, despite showing them on the main basket page, this is could be because you have opted to block the third party cookie from RomanCart.

Site & third party cookies are accepted by default in Internet Explorer, Firefox and Chrome. To accept site & third party cookies follow the instructions in these links for Firefox, Chrome and Internet Explorer.

I Want To Pay By Credit Or Debit Card

Three easy steps.

First, click the regular checkout button and ignore the yellow PayPal button.

Next, complete the form on the following page.

Then click the first large button at the bottom right of the page:
You will then be diverted to PayPal after a short delay.

Finally, on the PayPal page click the link on the right ignoring the PayPal account box above and the prompt to sign up for a PayPal account.


At this point you then enter your card details as usual.

I Don't Want to Pay Online (UK Only)

Three options with easy steps.

First, click the regular checkout button and ignore the yellow PayPal button.

Next, complete the form on the following page.

At the bottom of the page there are three option buttons depending on how you would like to make your payment:

Click the second large button at the bottom right of the page.
You then complete checkout and the order details will be sent to us. Once we have received, and processed, your order we will reply:
  • Confirming we have everything in stock,
  • Identifying any out of stock items,
  • Providing an estimated date for dispatch,
  • Attaching our bank details for the transfer.
If you haven't received a reply in 12 hrs check your spam folder especially if you use Hotmail or AOL email services.

Once you have the details it is then down to you to process the bank transfer. We would appreciate an email as it will speed things up.

If everything is in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt of your payment.
Click the third large button at the bottom right of the page.
You then complete checkout and the order details will be sent to us. Once we have received, and processed, your order we will reply:
  • Confirming we have everything in stock,
  • Identifying any out of stock items,
  • Providing an estimated date for dispatch.
If you haven't received a reply in 12 hrs check your spam folder especially if you use Hotmail or AOL email services.

If you have supplied a valid telephone number we wil call you to arrange payment otherwise you must contact us.

If everything is in stock, all orders will be dispatched within 48 hrs of receipt of your payment.

You then complete checkout and the order details will be sent to us. Once we have received, and processed, your order we will reply:
  • Confirming we have everything in stock,
  • Identifying any out of stock items,
  • Providing an estimated date for dispatch.

Once you have the details all you need to do is make your cheque payable to "Vexillia" and post it to us.

If everything is in stock, all orders will be dispatched once your cheque has cleared.

How To Select A Destination Country

The shopping cart on this site can make international ordering much easier for you but you need to say which country you are ordering from:
  • There is a running total in the top right hand corner of every page.
  • Initallly, this assumes you are a UK customer.
  • To change this, visit the at any time and change your location.
  • The total will then include airmail delivery.
